CRUSHERS ROLL IN RECORD SETTING NIGHT

1380It was a record breaking night for Bishop McCort football as the Crushers set four new marks and tied another while posting a 69-35 victory over previously unbeaten Richland. Josh Seidel broke the single game rushing record with 327 yards on 29 carries and tied his father Dave Seidel's total of six touchdown in one game.Dane Domonkos kicked nine extra points on the night to set a new mark of 147 for his career. The Crushers also registered 487 rushing yards which broke the previous record of 429 set against Somerset in 1996. Richland tied the score at 7 just two minutes later when senior quarterback Gino Ramires connected with Ryan Sylvia for a 63 yard TD. John Pinkerton scored his second touchdown of the season on a 6 yard quarterback draw and also hooked up with Domonkos on a 24 yard scoring pass late in the second quarter. It was the only pass attempt by the Crushers for the game.
