Strike Out Cancer Game Announced

jeremy adams
On Wednesday, May 7th the Bishop McCort Baseball Team will be playing a doubleheader versus Johnstown in the annual "city game."  This year's city game will also serve as a platform to raise money for the American Cancer Society in honor of cancer survivor Jeremy Adams, a senior on the Crusher Baseball Team. In addition to raising money for cancer research on this evening, the Crushers will also celebrate senior night before the second game.

Show your support for the Crusher Baseball Team and cancer research by purchasing a "Strike Out Cancer" T-Shirt for $10. All proceeds will go toward the American Cancer Society in Jeremy's honor. T-shirts can be purchased by contacting Stephanie Paratore in the Main Office at 814-536-8991 during normal school hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by Tuesday, April 29th. Click here to view a t-shirt order form.

The first pitch for game one is set for 4:30 p.m. with game two to follow at 7:00 p.m. at the Point Stadium.
