The JH Girls Basketball kicked off their competition season in style.  On Wednesday they defeated Forest Hills 35-19.  They followed that up this weekend by winning the Bishop Guilfoyle Junior High Jam Tournament.
McCort defeated Altoona 25-12, Huntingdon 42-24, and Mount Nittany 45-7 to kick off the event.  In the semi finals they had a rematch with Huntingdon that they won 35-24.  They came away champions by defeating Claysburg 54-25 in the finals.
