McCort Cross Country traveled to Central Martinsburg to race against Central, Bellwood, Westmont and Bishop Carroll.

The Varsity team competed in a 5k (3.1 miles) race. Sophomore, Nate Denhard led the way finishing in 6th place with a time of 19:41.  Senior, Grady Pfiel ran his season best time of 20:42 and finished in 10th place. Antonni Rusyn set a PR (personal record) time of 23:15 and finished in 24th.  Nate Riek followed him in 26th with a time of 23:32.

The Junior High team competed in a 2 mile race. Ayden Mayko won the race with a time of 13:08 which is his personal record.  Luke Denhard finished a few seconds back at 13:20 which was his personal record time as well.  That time was good for a 3rd place finish for Denhard. Jessica Moore also set a PR with a time of 15:48 and a 16th place finish.  Rounding out the team was Sincerity Estaban finishing in 23rd with a time of 17:33.
