McCort-Carroll Football moved to 6-0 overall on the season and 3-0 at home with a 41-6 win over Johnstown. It was Homecoming and Ovarian Cancer Awareness Night and McCort handled it well jumping out to a half-time lead of 28-6. They handled their business and shut Johnstown out in the second half. The win movedd McCort to 6-0 and dropped Johnstown to 1-5. McCort gets back on the road in Week 7 as they travel up the hill to Westmont. The undefeated Crushers will look to stay the course against a winless Westmont team. Currently, McCort is averaging a shade below 37 points scored per game while Westmont's average has remained below 8 points per game.
