The Pennsylvania State Cheerleading Championships were held Saturday November 15th at IUP's Kovalchick Complex. The Bishop McCort team finished 1st in "Small School / Large Varsity Game Day" and 1st in "Small School / Large Varsity Traditional."  Other teams competing in "Small School / Large Varsity Game Day" were: Central Valley, Derry, and Forest Hills.  Other schools competing in "Small School / Large Varsity Traditional" were: Elk County Catholic, Karns City, and Central Valley.

The UCA Allegheny Regional was held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center on Sunday November 16th. Bishop McCort qualified for Nationals in "Medium Varsity Traditional" with a score of 75.9 following behind only Baldwin who scored 83.0.  McCort also qualified for Nationals in "Large Varsity Game Day" by winning with a score of 92.8. They outplaced Hempfield (90.6) and Seneca Valley (89.3)
