Bishop McCort ran away with the PIAA 2A Large Varsity Competitive Spirit State Championship this past weekend.  The event was hosted at the 1st Summit Arena at Cambria County War Memorial in Johnstown.  The girls scored a 79.4 in the finals far outpacing the runner-up, Neshannock who scored 72.1 and the third place team, Hickory who scored 71.6.  The girls capped an incredible season by performing their best when the pressure was the highest.  Thank you to our senior class: Madyson Berchick, Amiya Harris, Sadie Instone, Layla Magro and Ava Voeghtly.  Here's to repeating next year with our 22 underclassmen on the roster.
